I have only had this refrigerator for one week so time will tell. The refrigerator runs quiet, is well designed, well lit, and spacious. I especially like the deli drawer and the fact that the bins have rollers on the slides making for smooth functioning. The buying experience was excellent. The price came in better than expected and the delivery team was great. On the downside the butter bin is a little shallow and doesn™™t comfortably hold a standard package of stick butter. The vinyl toe guard does not fit quite flush on the sides.

So disappointed! Three refrigerators and still not happy. First one the outside water dispenser was damaged so we did not take delivery. Next one the inside of refrigerator was bowed and shelves kept falling off the slats. Bins scratched. Third one the freezer door trim was damaged and all bins were damaged. We bought the Gallery collection including refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and dishwasher. Not happy with any of them or the dealer who sold it to us.

So far I'm pleased with the unit, we like having three drawer and they are on roller which is nice, they seem to work better than on our old unit. The door layout works pretty well too. One area I'm disappointed in is that the doors don't match up. I tried to adjust them, but the adjustment screw just doesn't seem to work. Would like that fixed.

We had to replace a Whirlpool that was 13 years old; went with that brand initially. Both of those were defective so we knew we had to look to a different brand. This one worked for size (and price) and for what the amenities were. So far so good. I like the deli tray and the ease of turning the ice maker on and off. There are some annoying noises off and on.

Disappointed that it doesn't come with an owners manual to understand how to navigate the electronic controls. Instead the owner has to download a 34 page manual and print it themselves. Favorite feature is the deli drawer. Other than that it's just average.

I am impressed with the engineering, particularly with the ice maker. My prior refrigerator ice maker was in the door and the wiring was routed thru the bottom door at the hinge and over time the wires fatigued and broke. The way yours is done thru the top provides very little if any movement in the wiring. Ice maker provides us with plenty of ice. Very happy

This new Frigidaire is wonderful! Large Fridge side with room on the door and inside for taller items. Wide door shelves also which hold gallons well. Deep shelves hold so much I was shocked. The deli drawer is a great addition that keeps things organized. And two large produce drawers that hold tons of my fruits and veggies. The freezer side is equally large with deep shelves and a built in place next to the ice maker on the top for large frozen pizzas, I managed to cram 4 in mine. It's a great addition! Plus the in door ice and water work perfectly.
